Not what you think really. I'm not interested in what people consider to be confident or cocky, but the actual definitions and dualities of each word.
Definitions according to Webster
Confidence: 1. A feeling or consciousness of one's powers or of reliance on one's circumstances. 2. The quality or state of being certain. 3. A relation of trust or intimacy. 4. A communication made in confidence.
Cocky(iness): 1. Boldy, or brashly seft confident. 2. JAUNTY.
