I'm definitely on some music sh*t today it's a shame I actually have to go outside and socialize. Me and my laptop been gettin it IN! Sorry for the the absence yesterday (Not really) I was uhh doing me I guess.

I have conceded to my injury (for once). I was on some F that I'm not going to NOT hoop sh*t and I woke up with eye swollen shut. So yeah, couple more days no hardwood (PAUSE lmao). No lifting today either, just living I suppose. What do I do when I have nothing that NEEDS to be done on my agenda out here?

Watch Cartoons duh... This new Wolverine & the X-Men show is kinda eeehhhhh, but I got it Tivo'd so wth. Speaking of cartoons, me and hulu.com are about to be best friends provided my phone and laptop don't blow up on me. Got a lot of catching up to do.

A lot can be learned from that situation. First, let me applaud dude because he held his temper in check, and DIDN'T react out of anger after being caught with a tough right hook lol. Second, he was man enough to apologize for the wrong he contributed to the situation. I'm just saying, I've been in situations where I wish I would have reacted how he did, so big ups to him. Lastly, I feel like it's important to spread positivity. I don't just want to post dude getting punched out so everybody can harp on the negativity of the situation. This gives everybody a chance to see the whole situation through..

Soothing Silence

Quick post because I feel some kind of way without updating this for ya'll. Today was super relaxing on my end. Slept for more then 2 hours for the first time in like 2 weeks. Played ball with the teammates that I love (lol I love em all but come on you know what I mean), and got my workout in. I gotta get right LnF don't play that mess. My departure out of this town cannot come fast enough, nothing against anyone here, but I need this for me. Life is really about to be upgraded for me in the next 4 months, and I CAN'T WAIT!! I have so much I want to speak about on here, so be on your p's and q's. You should have realized by now I'm nocturnal and this blog pops at night anyway lol. Speaking of which, I know i'm an insomniac, and I should probably get some pills to help that problem. However, Eminem's new album got me bugged on taking anything in capsule form lol. Dead ass though... Still detoxing. You should be proud.. Wait is it detoxing if... Nah that's another post altogether. Be up with me! Or check me when your up and it's light outside. In which case I'll be zoning out to some music trying to stay squeaky (clean duh). Gone!

All that music is dope as sh*t (in my arrogantly placed
opinion), but I'm going to break it down for those
that may not be familiar with the artist featured
(Lmao I keep sayin featured like I planned this)
, and trust my opinion enough to give them a listen.

Little Brother gives you more "grown man perspective"
in their music. Often times hilarious but usually with
a mature everyday people influence in their rhymes.

Sho TuFli is fairly new to me. He's down with
Charles Hamilton's Demevolist music company. From
What I've heard he spit pretty good, and makes his
Own beats most of the time. (Often with CH)
His music is probably a little bit more out the
box. Definitely refreshing.

Saigon can be at times a voice that really embodies
what Pac was about. (NOT A TUPAC CLONE!!) He's an MC
with something to say. Very insightful, and
very skilled. Be aware that his music can be very
militant.
